Since our products are made to order and are non breakable, there is no chance of having the products damaged. Hence, we take NO RETURNS

If in case you have received a product that you haven't ordered, please drop us an email with pictures of the product as well as a screenshot of your order list within 24hrs of receival. Or DM us on Instagram with the same details, we will do the needful after a thorough check of the matter.

REFUNDS
If any Product is found to be damaged during transit, please contact us at plancraftstudio1@gmail.com with proper video proof and unboxing video. Without video or photo proof, no refunds will be given.
